Time is tight and I try to get my odds and ends packed and all the paperwork and miscellaneous fragments together so that I can leave India, so this isn't my finest work, but it had to be done.

This is the last picture heavy update more than likely for a bit. Sorry, but in a couple of days I have to turn in my computer as its school property. It will be weird without a computer. I have my iPad, but its not the same. I have to many extra pics and videos but just can't find the time honestly. Anyway, enjoy these moments. Hope the pictures give you some sense of this part of the world. I will miss riding this road out to Himalayan Weavers and the burnt tasting chai that Cassidy liked so much at the chai walla. I liked the view, put up with the chai, but loved the time spent with my two favorite ladies. This is where I get a shave and my haircuts. Seriously. If I get a shave and a hair cut, that is about 100 rupees. That is about a 1.50 US! I hope China has cheap shaves. I would be more than happy if I never have to shave myself again! The building, above the light patch, in the middle right of the picture is where Cassidy loves the burnt tasting chai. Who ever thought we would be riding these crazy mountains roads? Who ever thought Trish would be on her own scooter? Love you two! I will miss you my trusty friend! The house is looking very empty these days...... I have been giving items from our house to the families who live here. Toiletries, a bunch of clothing, kitchenwares, and plastic sheeting. Since plastic is their roof and walls, I can't think who would make better use of it. When going down to meet them its like a different world. The light spot, all the dirt on the right side below the road was from a landslide. Beginning of this year that road washed out. My guess it, the next heavy monsoon will take it out again quick. They didn't have much to build up from and the road that is there now is very narrow because of it and is more like off roading than driving. This guy seems to fix or repair most anything that isn't too mechanical. He does. a lot with umbrellas. Yes umbrellas. When you live in a place that has monsoon, umbrellas are crucial. And a lot can go wrong with them. Here is the "garage" I take my motorcycle too.....they are great! Does not look comfortable at all!< But he was there for quite a bit and seemed content. The amount of trash is mind boggling... Need electricity, just tap right on in! I have been told that 30% of the electric used is just drawn from the lines illegally. That causes power outages daily. We are on a back up generator where we live, but the bazaar isn't. So no cash registers because you can't rely on electricity being there. Crazy dilapidated, but people live there and yes, have satellite TV. tPoor monkey lost his friend. While they make a lot of use of the power lines to get around the town, keeping off the streets by being above everyone on the wires, but at times they get zapped.
